Recipe: Protein Packed Green Machine Smoothie

You like smoothies or interested in trying one? Whether you’re a smoothie veteran or not, here is a quick, healthy, and tasty recipe for you. After you drink this smoothie, you are guaranteed to be hooked.


*8-12 ounces Essential Greens w/Lime Juice
*2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or PlantFusion Complete Protein for a vegan option)
*½ small avocado
*½ frozen banana OR ½ cup frozen berries (single or mixed berries)


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and ENJOY!
