Recipe: Protein Packed Green Machine Smoothie

You like smoothies or interested in trying one? Whether you’re a smoothie veteran or not, I got a quick, healthy, and tasty recipe for you here. After you drink this smoothie, I guarantee you will be hooked.


*8-12 ounces Essential Greens w/Lime Juice (see below where to buy)
*2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or PlantFusion Complete Protein for a vegan option)
*½ small avocado
*½ frozen banana OR ½ cup frozen berries (single or mixed berries)


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and ENJOY!

Note: The green juice can be found at places such as Whole Foods or your local co-op, as well as online. The green juice is awesome in this smoothie because it has the best veggies, loaded with vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great!
