I won’t go into too much detail in this post. I’ll just highlight some of the essential exercise tips I think are important for anyone following a fitness program. The key is not to just train, but to train smart. The smarter you train, the better chance you will commit to be fit! If you are new to working out or want to move into a new direction with your training, an Online Personal Trainer may be just what you need.

STRETCH

RECOVERY

Take one step back to gain two steps forward. Take time out from your usual workout routine to stretch, have a massage, do mobility work or just take a long walk in nature.

IMPROVE YOUR NUTRITION

Not a specific exercise tip, but if you clean this up you will most definitely get the best results with your exercise.

HOW OFTEN DO I TRAIN?

Depends on your goals. Strength train at least 2-3 days a week. Add in energy training on your off days to burn more fat and improve your cardiovascular system.
