How would you describe your results (pounds, inches, dress/pants size)?
I’m still on my journey. I’ve lost 35lbs, but my goal is get my weight down to 160lbs. That’s 35lbs more. Stay tuned!
When did you become unhappy with your weight (were you overweight as a child or did you gain weight as an adult?)
I was always at a pretty average weight growing up. I gained more weight during my 30s when I was holding down two jobs. It was tough to get in consistent exercise. My life is good. Now is the time to get my health and fitness back on point!
What was the most challenging thing you had to deal with during your health and fitness journey?
I travel a lot, and eating foods all over the world has not helped in keeping my weight controlled. I’m not going stop this enjoyment. However, I decided to make sure I do a lot more walking while traveling, and staying in hotels that have fitness centers. 🙂
