How much did you lose (pounds, inches, dress/pants size)?
I lost two pounds per week for the first two weeks, then one pound for the next 15 weeks. All fat…[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
When did you become unhappy with your weight (were you overweight as a child or did you gain weight as an adult?
I enjoyed running in high school, so I was able to maintain a decent weight on my 5’7″ frame. Every year after, with work and less exercise, I put on about two pounds per year. I wanted to get back (or close to) my original weight I felt best at.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row stm_parallax_style=””][vc_column][stm_personal_result_photo photo_before_id=”639″ title_before=”Before” photo_after_id=”640″ title_after=”After”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row stm_parallax_style=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]
What was the most challenging thing you had to deal with during your weight loss journey?
The plant-based diet transition was the hardest. More so with cooking time. I used the meal plan online for quick snacks and breakfast, especially after training before work. I used the vegan cookbook for meals that I could spread out for a couple days or more since most recipes make more than the servings I need. Still experimenting but having fun with the process.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
