How Online Coaching Works
Step 1: Secure Checkout & Digital Intake
Once you select your coaching track on our programs page, you will complete your secure checkout. You will immediately receive a comprehensive lifestyle and health screening intake questionnaire. Your unique goals, medical history, food preferences, and exact equipment access will guide the baseline design.
Step 2: Account Provisioning & Portal Setup
Within 12 to 24 hours of completing your intake, your private account will be established inside our secure client portal. You will receive an activation invite to log into your dashboard, where your customized training splits, macronutrient targets, and lifestyle frameworks are cleanly organized and waiting for you.
